Academic College Enrichment Services Scholarships

 

James Eric Moore Endowed Scholarship Fund for Detroit High School Students

This scholarship is provided to students who have graduated from Detroit Public High Schools and are currently enrolled in ACCESS Programs at Wayne State University. It is awarded to students who are beginning their Junior Year at Wayne State University and demonstrate scholastic potential, leadership qualities, and financial need.

Noah Brown Jr. Scholarship Fund for Detroit Public High School Graduates

This scholarship is provided to graduates of Detroit Public High Schools who are full-time students and have completed a Wayne State University ACCESS program. Recipients are selected based upon financial need, character, scholastic potential, and leadership abilities.

Pepsi-Frito Lay Scholarship

The Pepsi-Frito Lay Scholarship was established in 2004 to assist Wayne State University Upward Bound students. Award recipients must be high school seniors who have been participants in the Wayne State University Upward Bound Program for two years and have proof of acceptance to a post-secondary institution. Students must show progress/improvement in their grades and maintain honor roll status.
